| Job Description: |
The required resource will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers through:
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of customer network infrastructure including RF, DSL, VSAT, Fiber, IP Routing etc
- Configuration and maintenance of customer systems infrastructure
- Cybernet network infrastructure installation, replacement and maintenance (as per requirement)
- Internal and external coordination with problem resolution approach
Achieve following targets:
- Customer satisfaction by providing effective support
- Meet with threshold service delivery and support time duration target
- Technical abilities improvement to facilitate customers
Skills Required:
- CRM handling for service delivery and support WAN infra-structure including Frame-relay, ATM, MP, RF and VSAT connectivity knowledge (IDU, ODU, RF C)
- Email utilities configuration and troubleshooting
- Basic Linux/Windows Server management
- Basic power hardware knowledge, AC/DC, safety prec, IP subnetting, basic routing & switching
- Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Effective Communication and Coordination Skills
- Stress & Time Management Skills
