Job Title: Account Manager – Sales Location: Karachi, Pakistan

You can be the front line seller who drives sales, identifying and generating opportunities for different kinds of customers. You’ll get a great understanding of our products and pitch them to major retail clients and buyers.
Account Manager will be reporting to the Sr. Account Manager for all affairs related to the Sales Department.
Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities
1. Contact SMBs in the US that are generating a significant amount of traffic on their website using the following mediums: cold calling, email blasts, closing inbound leads and social media.
2. Engage decision makers and explain how our service works in detail and how it will add value to their business.
3. Create and maintain a sales pipeline by being persistent and actively following up with potential prospects.
4. Identify new industries in which live chat can be implemented.
5. Create effective sales templates to be used for email blast campaigns. Do A/B tests to compare results.
6. Maintain activity in the CRM. YOU MUST HAVE: 1. Since this is not an entry level job, applicants must have at least 4 years of experience in B2B Sales.
2. Applicants having lived or studied abroad will be of preference.
3. This role requires engaging white collar clients, so the applicant’s communication skills & convincing skills should be exceptional.
4. Must be able to speak hardcore English (American accent is a plus)
