Job Description:

· -To enter sales orders in ERP software and update booking status on regular basis.

· -Arrange and send invoices to marketing department daily.

· -Coordinate with Assist Marketing Manager and warehouse for sampling.

· -Assist Marketing Manager in customer handling

· -Update North and South party’s files on regular basis.

· -Prepare local sales contracts and local sales schedule.

· -Prepare local sales purchase contracts and local purchase schedule.

· -Close liaison with warehouse on stock report management.

Required Skills:

MS Office,Good typing skills,SAP B1 knowledge
