• Prepare and Maintain Organogram.
• Responsible to develop, updates and issue Job description of all employees.
• Sourcing of Candidates using all necessary mediums.• Perform recruitment activities using different recruitment methods
• Shortlisting and scrutinizing documents of selected candidates
• Prepare all new contracts and employment package, follow up with interviewers on commencement formalities
• Preparing and issuing employment contracts to new employees.
• Making sure that all employee records are accurate and well maintained.
• Arrangement of all documentation from employee and prepare and timely personal file.
• Organizing induction and orientation for new staff to be conducted. Also assist in conduction orientations.
• Updating both manual and electronic personnel records when an employee’s personal details change with accuracy.
• Liaison with all relevant department for providing information of new employee in relation with necessary working proceeds by their end accordingly
• Coordinate and process documentation for hiring purposes. Interact with all departments in completing the process.
• Handling confidential information.
• Dealing with Employee Resignation and Final Settlement process from Resignation letter till final cheques disbursement and issuance of experience letter.
• Prepare weekly, Monthly and yearly Manpower reports and submit to Sr. Executive HR
• Preparation of promotion, Transfer and allied letter related with employee recruitment and selection process and final settlement process.
