| Job Description: |
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our energetic sales team. As a CSR, you will engage with potential customers, promote high-speed internet and WiFi services, and help them select the right solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers in the UAE Promote and sell internet and WiFi packages Provide detailed product information and address customer inquiries Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Prior experience in telesales or customer service (preferred) Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented Ability to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PK time Strong communication and interpersonal skills |
