Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall strategic direction for the healthcare institutes, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and vision.
• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including clinical services, patient care, facility management, and support services, to ensure efficient and effective healthcare delivery.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Establish and maintain quality management systems to meet national and international healthcare standards. Oversee accreditation processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Financial Stewardship: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and cost-effective resource utilization.
• Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional development.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with government bodies, healthcare professionals, community leaders, and other stakeholders to promote the institutes and address community health needs.
