Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tele-sales executive for USA based Solar Campaign (for night shift/on-site). By bridging the gap between the customers and the company, the work of a tele-sales executive involves having telephonic conversations with the customers, while hitting the sales targets of the company. With an in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings, the ideal tele-sales executive works towards building a strong relationship with customers, by making telephonic sales.

Objectives of this role

  • Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a tele-sales executive
  • Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit
  • Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the tele-sales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving
  • Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a teles-ales executive. 

Responsibilities

  • Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
  • Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
  • Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the tele-sales executive job role
  • Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products 
  • Be aware of the latest industry trends as a tele-sales executive
  • Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints. 

Required skills and qualifications

  • Prior experience working as a tele-sales executive or in a similar role  
  • Must be able to understand accents easily.
  • Fluency in English 
  • Adept knowledge of working with MS Office  
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a similar discipline
  • Proven record of meeting sales targets
  • Outstanding negotiation and time management skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Market Competitive Salary, 30K

Timings/Location

  • Night Shift 8 P.M. – 4 A.M. 
  • 6 days a week (Mon-Sat)
  •  Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work, (to Bahira Town, Phase 7, Rwp)
